Why We Love Napoleon House

Here is a sneak peek into one of my favorite venues – the Napoleon House.  It is the perfect place for an intimate wedding or rehearsal dinner.

It is so New Orleans! From the outside could you ever guess that there is a charming courtyard and beautiful private dining spaces?

The courtyard is really special. I have designed many ceremonies for this courtyard, I love this curtain of hanging flowers and candles, and the fountain is a perfect focal point for photos.

The architectural detail upstairs is amazing – it is always a treat to decorate the mantles – they are a grand statement and both wide and level!  Lots of French quarter mantles have my flowers hanging on for dear life – but not here!

One of their secret weapons?  Beth Sigur and the fabulous staff.  People are what make the food yummy, the service personal and the event successful. Beth runs a tight ship, and she knows how to make a wedding look effortless.

The décor is timeless and neutral – allowing us to add color - -focus on foliage or go super white. I love when the venue does not get in the way of the design; flowers become the jewelry on this already polished space.

Treat yourself, and your guests to this spectacular authentic New Orleans venue!
