Are you ready to book?
To book us, we require a contract and a non-refundable deposit of one third. This will secure your place on our calendar.
I’ll reach out to you two months before the wedding to schedule a revisit and bill you for your second payment of one third.
Your final payment is due thirty days prior to the wedding, and that is when we will finalize all the details including your table numbers and your delivery schedule.
I understand that wedding planning is a process, and I am happy to make changes until thirty days prior to the wedding.
If you have questions or changes anytime in the planning process, I invite you to call or email at any time! We are busy on the weekends, but will get back to you just as soon as possible. I generally respond within forty eight hours.
Here is a sample of my contract. I try to keep it simple, and don’t generally make any changes.
I take payment by check (free) or credit card, but I do charge you the credit card processing fee (3% more flowers!).
