Pre-Consult
It is my goal to make your wedding gloriously beautiful, with little effort and no stress on you! I want you to walk into your wedding and be dazzled, and have a wonderful day. This is how I do it:
I start with a pre-consult by phone. It can last for just a few minutes, maybe an hour. I ask all the questions, the numbers, the styles the colors - I even ask about budget. This is the first step to organization. It is important to me that I am a good fit for you, I want every couple to be thrilled!
Design
From our visit, I take your inspiration photos, your numbers, your budget and I get creative. Which containers, which candles, which flowers will work best for you. I am all about color, vibe and style!
Proposal
If it feels like we are a fit, I like to send you a proposal the same day we meet! My creative juices work best when I have you and your personality fresh in my mind. I take copious notes, but I remember all the nuances, the specific colors and container best when we visit. If I don’t feel like I can deliver the wedding of your dreams - I will be sure to refer you to one or more of my flower friends.

When you are ready to book, I’ll send you a contract - sample contract, and an invoice for your non-refundable deposit. My software has a secure portal, so your information is always secure and private.
After you book, I love to have you come to the studio - if you can. I work with lots of destination brides that I don’t meet until wedding day, but everyone loves to walk through my warehouse and see all the shiny things! It is a great time to select containers and arches and candles, and for me to get to know you - and what you love - even better.
Two or three months before your wedding, I schedule a revisit. You have no idea how much more you know sixty days before the wedding than you know during our initial consultation! We make all the changes to guest count, floorplans and wedding parties. Where people are getting dressed, what time the photographer starts, this is when the logistics really come into play. I also get a second payment at this time, and leave you with a few questions.
We finalize everything one month before the wedding. This gives us the time we need to get our best pricing for flowers, to order hard goods like your special containers, and to organize our staff and schedule. Your final payment is due at this time.
On your wedding day I will come by with your personal flowers - where ever you are getting dressed, I bring them to your hotel room, to your Mom’s house - where ever. We set up ceremony and reception, we light candles - we hustle! Your wedding day is game day for us and we are seriously prepared. And if we are scheduled for a late night strike, my team and I will be there at the end of the night to pack it all up! The flowers are yours, of course, but we will pick up arches, candles, containers, all the things. We can even make arrangements to donate your flowers, if you like.
